Program boundary
Cadet Core is a private-sector, school-based leadership program. It is not JROTC, is not federally sponsored, and should not be represented as a guaranteed military-entry advantage. Local schools retain authority over staffing, scheduling, credit, safety, accommodations, grading, and approval.
